What happens to the data

Everyone keeps the appointments, service history, bills, payments, and computer history they own.
Nothing is deleted or transferred to someone else.

Close your portal account?

You will have 30 days to change your mind.

What happens after 30 days

Your passkeys stop working and your household access ends.
Your email, phone, and address stop being active portal contact details, and your newsletter subscription is ended. The prior contact association may remain where needed to keep retained records accurate.
Past appointments, service history, invoices, and payments remain as business records, but are no longer available through this account.
Basic identity and contact history may be retained where needed to keep those records accurate.
